ACT tour official John Walker, who also owns Rent-A-Wreck locations in Plattsburgh, Lake Placid and Burlington, VT struck a deal with Leclerc to represent his brand when the legendary 65 year-old driver drives at the Airborne and Thunder Road tracks. Walker is celebrating the recent opening of his Rent-A-Wreck car rental location in South Burlington, VT.
Walker said that sponsoring Leclerc and the #11 is a natural fit for his Rent-A-Wreck because of the great crowds and high level of interest in the community. “It’s a great family atmosphere and we’re a neighborhood car rental company with roots in the community.” said Walker. Walker and Rent-A-Wreck recently sponsored a full night of ACT racing at Airborne Raceway on June 14.
