How to find your location was a nightmare - confusing and misleading. We were told we had some tiny distance limit before we were liable for a per mile charge, like 25 miles per day. Then it was 450 for the period we had the car. Then it was 600 miles for the period. I asked how many customers realized there was such a small limit and the agent said most of them, or something to that effect. To me, that is the same as hiding it and I do not like doing business with companies that behave like that. The car was dirty inside and outwhen we picked it up. We had to walk around the car and point out the (many) dings and scratches so that the agent marked them on the starting record. As that was not done beforewe picked up the car means that, if we had not pointed themout, we could have been told they were to our account. It was not a good experience.

the car had a terrible smell to start with covered over with awful air freshener - i thought the smell would go away, but it didn't - had to drive with windows down instead of using a/c --- but worse was the car - it made horrible sounds like it was going to break down any moment - lots of rattling--- sounded like it had been in a wreck -- no doubt - the name of your company --- it was truly a rent a wreck - only ipaid way too much for that wreck -- wouldn't go there again----- staff was nice- car terrible

I would recommend that you have your own car insurance. Rental insurance only covered rental car and drove rental rate way up; taxes high too.

I made a reservation for a flight that landed at 7:30pm, but they closed at 7:00pm. This information was provided andthey still accepted the reservation. Luckily, my flight was delayed and I called to check on the hours. Had to get a new reservation last second.
