THe info about which shuttle to take could be a little more clear —i.e. that you will be goingto ABC parking — a long term parking lot etc. But all in all it worked like a charm.

I would never rent again or recommend. The service was horrible. The car was not drivable due to no air conditioning and the trunk not working.

Details were vague and clipped in the email. Very difficultto find office hours on the website and voicemails/texts were not returned. Car was smoked in and smelled terrible.

The vehicle seemed to be in fine mechanical condition, but a wind shield wiper needed replacement, the passenger head rest was missing, there were burn holes in the fabric of both the driver and passenger seat, and the car smelled of cigarette smoke

Yea my only real issue was the inside was very dirty. It literally looked like kids spilled ice cream on the 2nd and 3rd row seats and no one cleaned it. Being as though I got upgraded to the van and that’s what I really needed forthe holiday I was ok with it. The van ran like new tho 👍🏿

They never showed up with a car for me. I had to call Uber to get to my destination. It was $78 plus tip. Rent-A-Wreck is not a good company. I never got a call back from anyone about this problem and since I had to pay in advance I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. It’sshameful how your company treats your customers.

I have rented from Rent-A-Wreck in the past, and had a goodexperience. At the Newark location, we were given a car with mismatched fenders, the exterior extensively scratched and dirty, the interior had a used toothpick in the console and dirty paper towels in the door pocket, reeking of cigarette smoke. The next morning, the car wouldn't start because th there were no other cars available and that I should go toPep Boys and have them install a new battery. ARE YOU KIDDING????? A little while later, Carlos said he found anothercar and sent a mechanic over. Meanwhile, I missed an important appointment for which I had traveled 2,000 from New Mexico! The replacement car was a newer Subaru that had no shocks and the power steering was wobbly. Some of the people at the lot where the car is parked said that MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS were angry at being given substandard cars with mechanical problems. I will never rent from this company again!
