My wife and I were very pleased with the rental rates and customer service offered by the helpful and accommodating personnel at this Burlington franchise. After returning vehicleto their off-site location near airport, I was kindly offered a ride to the nearby place I was staying while in town --an unexpected and very welcome bonus. Altogether an excellent experience!

Inside of vehicle was clean but there was an odor in it similar to body odor that lingered for days. The outside ofthe vehicle was dirty. Customer service couldn’t have been better. Very accommodating staff!

1) did not have vehicle I reserved and put my credit card down on (a minivan), 2) vehicle you have me to use instead(12 passenger van) was horribly dirty and the sir conditioner was broken. Your representative pretended she didn't know anything about that, but I found out from a differentrepresentative upon checking out that in fact your first rep knew all about that and still gave me the vehicle. 3) I had to interrupt my vacation (and after multiple calls with your rep to coordinate) and drive to meet her to swap cars again when the minivan I had originally ordered was finally available. This minivan was also terribly dirty and not cleaned at all when it was handed over to me. All in aall horrible service,

The only issue we had is we rented at 11 am Saturday to thefollowing sat and then looking at the reciet it said 921. So we had to rush getting there. It was stressful because we deff did not rent it at 921 and we were told to have it back at 11 which is what time we picked it up at

The mini van we rented was just returned by another renter so the interior was still dirty. The customer service offered us to vacuum the interior but we refused because we didn't have time to wait. Your customer service girl was very friendly and kind

There was a good deal of trash found in door pockets and compartments, including chewing tobacco and lighters. We were renting the van for children's day camp, so finding these in the van was concerning. Also, the air conditioning in the front of the van did not work, only blowing out hotair. When accelerating, it sounded as if the heat shieldwas rattling. I had called a couple times with questionsabout the rental and the young man who answered the phonewas not able to answer any of my questions. The woman who I spoke with over the phone and who was there when I picked up the van was very personable and professional. Overall though, we were dissatisfied with our experience and will not be renting from Rent-A -Wreck again.

Rented a van on-line for a birthday party and the branch called me two days prior to the rental date to say the van wasn't available anymore. The only thing they stated was the on-line service doesn't communicate well. Very poor customer service. Luckily I found a new van the next day otherwise we would have to cancel a 40th birthday get together less than two day's away.
