They couldn’t find my reservation and had no vehicles forrent. UNLESS I waited for them to install a radiator in aVAN. I ordered an economy car and waited one hour before returning to the airport. They paid my return UBER but I’m still out $32.00 for the taxi from the airport. Very BadExperience.

The car was nice enough, but it was filthy. I felt like I needed to take a shower after driving it. Drove through heavy rain and the windshield wipers were terrible. I mentioned that when I dropped it off. I had to go searching for someone to help me both when I picked the car up and when I dropped it off. With all of that, I would still rent from Rent

The air conditioner did not work. There were cigarette/marijuana ashes in the vents. When I tried to use the A/C,the ashes flew from the vent. There was a shopping bag, containing a unused condom, between the front seat. Thelicense tag expired one month prior to renting the vehicle. The car shook at high speeds (50+ mph). I did call regcement. Other than being at the facility for a long timeat pick up, the customer service was very good. I do plan to rent from Rent A Wreck in the future.

The worst car rental experience I have ever had. Dirty car with unbearable odor and the staff was very uncooperative. Will never attempt to rent again.

I am very very much disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism that was shown to me by the staff at the Michigan Avenue Rent-A-Wreck location outside of Detroit Michigan. I reserved a full size car based on the needs once I will arrive in Detroit the only car that the office on Michigan Avenue had was a two-door Toyota Scion.ater on that day at the airport and she was staying with me during our trip here in Michigan. There was no way we was able to fit in the car with myself my son and my wife I had to make other arrangements to another family member can help my mom and get her around even though my mother was staying at the same hotel as me. The only car available for me to rent at that time was the Toyota Scion a two-door coupe the car service engine light is on the check engine light is on the vehicle has rust spots dents.
