Had a slow leak in the left rear tire. Had to put air in the tire as needed. Tried to call and leave a message about this on a Sunday afternoon but the answering machine volume was very low and it would not allow a message to be left. It kept saying "your call is very important to us" etc. So dealt with the tire issue until I returned the vehicle at the end of the rental period. Rental was from Sayreville as the E. Brunswick location was closed

The car that I recently was just in had a 2016 inspection stickler when I rented it and it's 2017. They told me to take to inspection myself. Very bad!

Summary of my experience. 1. Initial discussion with agent before my rental was unpleasant. As first time renting from you & rent a passenger van (15-seat) for the first time,i had many questions. The agent looked frustrated with myquestions. And she was threatening to cancel the reservation.... 2. I had to follow up multiple times for every steptowards confirming reservation...there were no pro-activecommunication from agent. 3. The Van (Ford e350) that wasgiven to me was poor in condition, seat cushion torn apart, ugly van i have ever seen. And as expected smoke started coming out of the van after i drove about 5 miles and i had to pull the van over to a parking lot and car wouldn'tmove after that. 4. Luckily i spoke to main office and they replaced with another van. that's the only good part andi appreciate them. The service guy told me that it probably might be missing regular maintenance. This is bad because i paid around $450 and get a van which is not safe on th

It looked a little sketch but really was pretty good. The only issue is there was no protocol for toll by plate. Also, it said on their web site unlimited miles but that was not the case. Good news is they honored it.
