Perhaps your instructions indicated the fact that the gas would not be at full when the rental was picked up. I found that odd and didn't know how to verify. I would perhapsrecommend that upon return of the rental, the renter takea picture of the dash with gauges showing the gas level upon return for you to be better able to verify. I was also weird having duct tape on the antenna!

I loved the fact that there was no time wasted in picking up rental at parking lot near Newark Airport, NJ. All documents were signed online, so this made our lives easier. The car was ready in just minutes. I will rent from RentAwreck again and recommend to my friends.

Tank was half full, car had scratches and dents in bumper. All of this was fine, but wish it was already noted in thepaperwork rather than me having to call and report it.

The tire pressure light was on when I received the Kia. I went inside and someone who worked for the parking lot put some amount of air in each tire (they didn't use a gauge, so we have no idea what the pressure was before or after putting air in), but the light remained on, so he said, "I don't want to put anymore in and blow the tires. You're probably fine, so you can leave." Not exactly comforting, asyou can imagine. The inside of the car smelled like cigarettes, and there seemed to be cigarette burn holes in bothof the front seats (if it wasn't from cigarettes, the holes were roughly that diameter and you could see the cushioning). Also, the shuttle took around 20 minutes to show up and it did not pull up to the covered little shelter area (it was 10- 20 degrees that day, so that was where everyone waiting for a shuttle was standing). I ran out to catch the shuttle before it passed by the shelter. The shuttle felt very shaky and the driver was aggressive in traffic.

Previous vehicles were clean inside and out. This one was filled with papers etc but worst was the foul smell of cigarettes

Car had cigarette holes in front seats, slashes in back left seat, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Vehicle operated as intended, but would not rent again.

It would be convenient if more of the procedures could be done online. For example, it would be much better if the claim number to pick up the car was actually emailed (it wasn't emailed to me or left on my voicemail, I had to call to get it) and it also would be better if the information about thecar when returning it (miles, gas, ...) could also be emailed.

The car had trash ie fast food bags water bottles etc when I received it. I cleaned out the trash and returned it clean
