  • PAY LATER POLICY

    *IMPORTANT NOTE: We require a NON-refundable $75 deposit to guarantee your reservation. This $75 deposit will be applied to the rental. No-shows and cancellations forfeit the deposit.
    *VAN/TRUCK RESERVATIONS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED!
    *All reservations subject to vehicle availability.
     
    *IF YOU NEED A VEHICLE WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS, PLEASE CALL US TO CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY.
     
    -You will be entering into a electronic contract after reservation, please keep an eye on your email from a company 
    called DocuSign. 
    -All reservations are subject to a $25 cancelation fee, once contracts are signed they are non refundable. 
     
    Mileage Plans
    Vehicles receive 100 free miles per day, 500 per week and 1,500 per month. over mileage costs apply. Please call us for unlimited mileage rates. 
     
    Driver Qualifications
    A valid US or International driver's license and form of payment are required at time of pick up.  International license must 
    accompany valid country license.  Vehicle must be fully covered, whether by renter's own policy or by a policy purchased through the store, or the customer's credit card.  Minimum age to rent is 21.  Renters ages 21-24 pay an underage fee of $15.00 per day.  Vehicles have to come back with same amount of fuel as they left with or the renter will pay a $6/gallon fee.
     
    Payments
    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. When using a major credit card we take the estimated rental amount up front plus a $100 security deposit, with debit cards they must be attached to a checking account and you must have proof of car insurance. A one time $15 debit card fee is added to the price of the rental plus a $200 security deposit.

    Geographical Restrictions
    Our vehicles can be driven anywhere in the U.S. however, driving into New York City requires a major credit card and full coverage auto insurance in your name. Vehicles that come with unlimited mileage are restricted to only travel in the following states: NJ, NY, PA, CT. Any additional states must be approved by rental location and a nominal fee will be added to each rental day.
