  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    This location does not offer a shuttle service.

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    Rates are for reservations booked online.  Rates for phone  reservations may differ. Rates are for class of vehicle, model may vary. Rates are only guaranteed when reservation is secured with a major credit card in renter’s name.

    21-24 year old drivers pay $15.00 per day surcharge.

    Additional renter $8.00 per day. Some restrictions apply, please call for details when paying with Debit card attached to major checking account

    Insurance Requirements:  

    Debit Card and Cash Customers:  You must have liability insurance in your name in order to rent. Physical damage coverage can be supplied by your own policy, or by purchasing our coverage.  The vehicle must be covered at all times during the rental. 

    Customers using a major credit card for their deposit are not required to present proof of their coverage. 

    Please be aware your reservation will be held for one hour past your scheduled date/time. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before this time, your credit card will be assessed a $50 No  Show charge.  To make changes or cancellations, please call toll  free 877-877-0700 and we will be happy to assist you.

    Please note there is a $150.00 deposit on most vehicles deposits may vary depending on vehicle type.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    Additional driver fee is $8.00 per day including spouses.

  • RENTAL COVERAGES

    Coverage provided by 3rd party carriers may be acceptable if the policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the rental and will provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle.

    Physical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following: 1. Your personal auto policy with collision coverage. Verification required. 1. Your credit card's 'Rental Vehicle Coverage'. Verification required. 1. Your purchase of the Physical Damage Waiver. Verification required. 1. We require insurance verification as part of the rental process. Your insurance must be paid in advance for 30 days beyond the pick up date of the vehicle, with a deductible of $500 or less.     ADVISORY: CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE BASE RATE ARE THOSE WHICH ARE APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND COULD BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    We accept all major credit cards and all debit cards. There is a $150.00 deposit over the rental amount at time of pick up. At the time of pickup, your card will be charged the estimated charges of the rental plus a $150.00 security deposit. Debit card customers that aren't providing their own insurance need to have two proofs of residency.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    Valid driver's license and credit card required at time of pick up. No proof of insurance is necessary if the customer is purchasing the store's coverages. Minimum age to rent is 21. Renters ages 21-24 pay an underage fee of $15.00 per day.

    Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle.
