The maximum excess amount for Intermediate (4-5 door) and standard (4-5 door) vehicle groups is $ 1700. The maximum excess amount for full size (4-5 door), premium (4-5 door) and standard SUV groups is $ 2000. The maximum excess amount for Van groups is $ 2000. Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover for personal injury or material damages. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) It is included in your rental amount. Personal Accident Insurance provides cover against the consequences of an accident. Excess Reduction In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount. The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which is as follows: for economy (4/5 door) and COMPACT (4-5 door) vehicle groups is $ 18/ day. For Intermediate (4-5 door) and standard (4-5 door) vehicle groups is $ 20/day. For full size (4-5 door), premium (4-5 door) and standard SUV groups is $ 24/ day. For Van groups is $ 24. Please Note: If the renter opts for Super CDW the deposit will be $ 250 which will be blocked on the renter's credit card. It does not cover Glass, tyres and other accessories. Only credit cards are accepted, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.
Local Tax is 19% and is applicable to all rentals.

Road Bridge Tax - On the national roads DN5, DN2A, A2 - ALL cars that cross these roads must pay a tax of 10 $ . Please note that failure to pay toll tax will incur fine of $ 50 . Winterization Fees During the selected dates (1st November to 31st March). Winterization Fee is applicable for a charge of $ 5 per day up to a maximum charge of $ 50 per rental. The cost of Winterization Fee is not included with the car you've selected. Cleaning Fee: The return of the rented vehicle excessively dirty which needs a detailed cleaning that can take more than one hour to bring the car in the initial condition will be charged 100.00 $. Smoking inside the car tax: 100.00 $ .Administration FEE: 40 $, in case of fines or refueling.

The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, missing fuel in addition to a refuelling charge of $ 40+ VAT per rental will be charged on your return. If customer brings back empty then supplier will charge the customer for a higher tariff. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter. Please Note: Tank deposit of $ 150 per rental will apply.

The customer must present a valid license with minim 1 year experience. For US and Canada Customers a Valid International Driver License in mandatory in Romania.
Minimum driver's age is 21 and the maximum driver's age is 75 years. A young driver surcharge of $ 20 per day up to a maximum charge of $ 150 per rental will apply for drivers under 24 years.

Please note that the names of coverage products, fees, charges, optional extras, etc., used locally by the Supplier may not be exactly the same as the ones displayed on our website. The names here are standardized in order to better compare different Suppliers' offers.
All rates indicated here have been converted into your preferred currency and may be rounded up. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
If any of the items listed here are shown as included in the rate, you will not be charged for them.
Optional Extras
All extras that you book and that are not paid for at the time of booking must be paid for directly to the Supplier. Please refer to the Optional Extras section below.
Parking and Toll Fees, Traffic Fines
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all garaging and congestion charges, parking and other traffic fines and penalties, incurred during the rental period. All such charges will be forwarded to you along with any administrative charges from us or the Supplier.

Mileage Policy
Fuel Policy
Full to Full - You will pick up the car with a full tank and you should also return the car with the full tank. Additional charges will apply if you return the car with less fuel in the tank.
Refueling Fees
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel in the tank than indicated in the Rental Document, you will have to pay a Refueling Fee and for the missing fuel upon returning the vehicle.
The Refueling Fee is $ 40.
Please note that the fuel price per liter charged by the Supplier may be higher than the price at local gas stations.
Driver Age
Please note that Young Driver fees will only be displayed correctly if you entered your age correctly in the search criteria. If you add Additional Drivers to your rental and any of them are considered Young Drivers, you may have to pay both an Additional Driver Fee and a Young Driver Fee.
Different driver age restrictions apply to different vehicle groups and these are applied automatically to all online rental searches. If you entered your correct age and the online search returned a specific vehicle group, you are eligible to rent it. Please note that other Supplier restrictions, for example on Driver's License acceptance, still apply.
Minimum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 21.
Maximum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 75.
A Young Driver Fee of $ 20 per day applies to drivers aged 21-24.

Required Documents
You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driver's License and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driver's License has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers.
You must have held your Driver's License for a minimum of 1 full year(s).
An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driver's License if your National Driver's License is not an EU license.
You must also present:
* Passport
* Identification card of your country of residence
You must present a credit card when picking up your rental vehicle.
Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary documentation, that your Driver's License is valid in your intended rental country. Your failure to do so will result in your rental being refused and/or considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.
Optional Extras
Extra equipment and services are all available on request and subject to local availability at the time of pick-up. You need to pay fees and charges for such extras locally to the rental vehicle provider upon pick-up.
If any of the optional extras you purchase are lost, damaged, or stolen, penalty fees will apply. Please contact us directly for details.

Local Tax Notice
We do our best to ensure that all the prices we display are inclusive of tax. However, please keep in mind that local taxes and fees, like airport surcharges, may be additionally applied by the Supplier on locally paid extra charges, like optional equipment and age-related fees. Local taxes and fees are controlled by local authorities and the Suppliers and may be subject to change.
Deductible and Coverage
Coverage Exclusions
If you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use the rental vehicle in any other negligent or reckless way, or break the conditions set out in the Rental Agreement, all applicable insurance covers, waivers, etc., will be deemed void and you will be fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle, as well as loss of use and any other related costs.
Only authorized drivers registered on the Rental Agreement are allowed to drive the rental vehicle. Damage caused by unauthorized drivers is not covered.
Please note that the standard coverage products, if any are included in the rate or purchased, do not cover accessories, such as tires, windshields, locks, wheel caps, etc.
Damage to the roof and to the underneath of the vehicle are not covered by standard coverage.
Damage to the following items is not covered:
* clutch
* interior
Flat tires are not covered unless Glass and Tires coverage is charged for $7 / day.
Lost keys are not covered by standard coverage.
Loss of vehicle documents is not covered by standard coverage.
You are not allowed to drive the vehicle on unauthorized or unpaved roads.
You are not allowed to drive the rental vehicle off-road.
Towing fees are not covered.
Third Party Liability (TPL)
Third Party Liability coverage for bodily injuries is EUR 1,000,000.00
Third Party Liability coverage for property damage is EUR 1,000,000.00 per damage-causing event.
Transferable Insurance Coverages
Please note that if your credit card company or other insurance providers offer Collision Damage or similar coverage transferable to rental vehicles, it is your responsibility to verify whether it is valid in your rental country. If you wish to waive similar coverage offered by the Supplier, you may need to present written proof of coverage from the insurance provider. If the proof is deemed insufficient, the Supplier may require you to purchase their coverage.
Supplier Insurance and Waiver Products
Additional protections and insurances offered by the Supplier may be available for purchase at the time of picking up the rental vehicle.
Roadside Assistance
The Supplier offers roadside assistance, please contact us directly for more information or inquire when collecting the vehicle.
The Supplier has the right not to provide a replacement vehicle depending on the circumstances.
Currency
The currency you will be charged in locally by the Supplier is RON.
Foreign Exchange Rates
All rates displayed here are converted and optional extras and/or the remaining balance payable locally are charged in the local currency if not specified otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
Local Deposit / Pre-Authorization
The Supplier will generally pre-authorise the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit card. The deposit is an amount held on your credit card for security purposes. It will be released in full unless there are unexpected charges resulting from, for example, traffic fines, returning the car with missing fuel or in need of additional cleaning. Keep in mind that the deposit amount shown does not usually include the rental cost.
The Supplier will generally book a pre-authorization for the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit card. Please note that the security deposit may still be required even when you reduce the deductible to zero or to a lower level by purchasing additional insurance products.
A security deposit of $2000 is required.
Please note that the security deposit indicated here is an estimated amount. The exact deposit amount depends on various factors, like your rental time, length of rental, applicable waivers and fees, your place of residence and your exact rental location. This means that the actual deposit amount may occasionally differ from the standard deposit amount.
Credit card deposits are accepted.
The deposit will be released from your credit card 30 days after the end of your rental.
All cards used must be in your name.
You can lower the deposit amount by purchasing additional coverage products from the Supplier when you pick up the rental vehicle to the amount of $250.
Payment Conditions
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Prepaid cards are NOT accepted.
Virtual credit cards are NOT accepted.
Debit cards are NOT accepted.
Unembossed cards are NOT accepted.
Cash is NOT accepted.
One-Way Rentals
One -Way Rentals are not possible.

Cross-Bordering
Cross-bordering is only allowed by request.
Crossing the border is NOT allowed into the following countries/areas:
Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, Finland, France, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Malta, Morocco, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Tunisia, Ukraine, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Cross-bordering into the following countries/territories is allowed:
Bulgaria, , Greece, Hungary,
You need written permission from the Supplier prior to departure in order to be allowed to drive the rental vehicle into another country.
You must notify the Supplier at least 5 days prior to the start of your rental if you wish to drive the vehicle across the border. The Supplier's conditions and restrictions apply.
A Cross-Bordering Fee of $ 80 per country is applied.
Unauthorized cross-border driving is subject to a penalty fee of $ 300.00.

Grace Period
Your car will be held for you for a period of 2 hours after the booked pick-up time. If you are likely to be late, we advise that you contact the local car hire branch directly.
When returning your rental, a grace period of 29 minutes between the agreed drop-off time and the actual time the vehicle is returned to the car hire branch will be applied. After this period has lapsed, an additional rental day may be charged.

No-Show
If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the booked time and date or notify us of cancellation before the rental is booked to start, this will be treated as a no-show. If you cannot pick up the vehicle due to insufficient documentation or because your credit card is not valid or accepted by the Supplier or does not hold sufficient funds to cover the deposit, this is also treated as a no-show.
Please keep in mind that fees may apply.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection are only on request. The Supplier's conditions and charges, 35$ / operation will apply.
Out of Hours
The supplier offers a 24 h service so no out of hours charges applies.

Early and Late Returns
You are not entitled to a refund if you return the vehicle early.
Rental Extensions
Extensions are only possible before the end of your original rental period. Please inquire with the Supplier when you pick up the rental vehicle for exact extension time restrictions. Please keep in mind that extensions may not always be possible.

Vehicle Condition
You must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was in when you received it. The Supplier will charge you at their own rates for any excessive staining/soiling and/or for both internal and external damage (including strong smells). You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon pick-up/drop-off and for the cost of any new damage found at the end of your rental period.
If the vehicle requires more than the Supplier's usual cleaning, you will be subject to a special cleaning fee of $100.
A Damage Administration Fee of $ 50.00 is applicable if damage has occurred to the vehicle or in case of theft during your rental period. This is charged in addition to the deductible.
Please check with the Supplier at the time of vehicle pick-up for details on how to report damage, collisions, theft, vehicle confiscation, impounding, etc. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may result in your insurance coverage becoming invalid and/or the Supplier terminating the rental.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rental vehicle. A penalty fee will be charged for an odor removal service if you smoke in the vehicle.
Transporting animals in the rental vehicle is not allowed.
The penalty fee is $ 100.00.

Vehicle Group/Model
The make and model of the car displayed are only guaranteed if it is clearly stated so in the offer. Generally, the particular car displayed on the voucher is for reference only and the Supplier reserves the right to substitute it for an alternative, similar, or upgraded car. If the vehicle on your voucher becomes unavailable at the time of booking due to a breakdown or an accident, the Supplier will provide you with a similar or upgraded vehicle.
Safety Equipment
Please keep in mind that you must use the correct kind of safety equipment as required by law in your destination country so we strongly advise you to familiarize yourself with the requirements before travel and book necessary extras (such as baby seats) beforehand. If you book any type of child seat, most Suppliers will not install it in the rental vehicle and you will be responsible for fitting it yourself. The rental vehicles may be equipped with tracking devices for security reasons. The Supplier's conditions apply to the usage of such devices.
Lost, Damaged and Stolen Items
You are responsible if the key(s) are lost or damaged and due to pay a penalty fee to the Supplier of the vehicle. Please keep in mind that if you do not return the keys to the Supplier when the car is stolen, your insurance is deemed void and you might be held responsible for the full value of the vehicle. It is important to keep an eye on the keys as it is impossible to steal some newer models without them.
The lost keys penalty fee is $ 100.00. If the license plates of the rental vehicle are lost, damaged, or stolen, you will have to pay a penalty fee of $ 100.
