  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    Customers can arrange for pick up and drop off service from the airport if they arrive during the store's working hours and contact the store's phone number at 203-466-5315 upon landing.
    Pick up address is 957 Foxon Rd East Haven, CT 06513 We aren't located at Tweed New Haven Airport. Tweed Airport free pick up and drop off for 3-day rental minimum. PICK UP MUST BE SET UP WITH LOCATION. We do not pick up/drop off before 9:30 am or after 4:00 pm or Saturdays

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    Rates are for reservations booked online. All rates based on 24 hr day, 7 day week. Rates for phone reservations may differ. Rates are for class of vehicle, models may vary. Quoted rates are for one driver, over 25, with a  major credit card. Debit cards are not considered major credit cards. Depositis 250.00 or 350.00 depending on major credit card or debit card, plus rental paid at time of pick up. Quoted rates are also for vehicles staying within a 100 mile radius of the rental office. Rates include limited mileage based on the size of the vehicle. Vehicles are rented clean with Fuel and must be returned the same way or additional charges will apply.

  • PREPAID POLICY

    Rates are for reservations booked online. All rates based on 24 hr day, 7 day week. Rates for phone reservations may differ. Rates are for class of vehicle, models may vary. Quoted rates are for one driver, over 25, with a  major credit card. Debit cards are not considered major credit cards. Depositis 250.00 or 350.00 depending on major credit card or debit card, plus rental paid at time of pick up. Quoted rates are also for vehicles staying within a 100 mile radius of the rental office. Rates include limited mileage based on the size of the vehicle. Vehicles are rented clean with Fuel and must be returned the same way or additional charges will apply.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    Additional driver fee is $10.00 per day.

  • RENTAL RESTRICTIONS

    Customers must remain within a 200 mile radius, with additional mileage packages available.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    Rates are for reservations booked online. All rates are based on 24 hr day, 7-day week. Rates for phone reservations may differ. Rates are for the class of vehicle, models may vary. Quoted rates are for one driver, over 25, with a major credit card. Debit cards are not considered major credit cards. Deposits $300.00 -$500.00 depending on major credit or debit card, plus rental paid at the time of pick up. Quoted rates are also for vehicles staying within a 100-mile radius of the rental office. Rates include limited mileage based on the size of the vehicle. Vehicles are rented clean with Fuel and must be returned the same way or additional charges will apply.
    We accept major credit cards, bank-issued debit cards no prepaid or online bank cards will be accepted. Cash payments are accepted for rental fees not deposit. There is a $300.00 - $500.00 deposit on a Debit and Credit card form of payment at time of pick up, and cash customers must pay deposit with a major credit card.

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    the vehicle is returned with less fuel than when rented then the renter will be charged a re-fueling fee of 9.99 per gallon.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    Valid US or international driver's license and form of payment required at time of pick up. International license must accompany valid country license. Rates are for renters 25 and older. Renters ages 21-24 pay and underage fee of $10.00 per day.

    Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle.

  • OTHER POLICIES

    All renters and additional drivers must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their name. Renters between the age of 21 and 25 must use a major credit card and provide full coverage insurance. Drivers aged 21 to 24 will be subject to a $20/day underage surcharge.

    All renters and additional drivers must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and have a major credit or debit card in their name. Temporary driver’s licenses and/or paper driver’s licenses are not accepted. Digital licenses are not accepted. Any driver's license that is mutilated, broken, taped, cracked, or illegible in any way will not be accepted. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period. Photocopies of driver’s licenses are not accepted. “Learner’s Permits” are not accepted. Any license that, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted. Licenses from outside of the USA or Canada require an international driver's permit. Any non-US customers will be required to provide a passport at the time of pickup.
