Pretty terrible experience all the way around. The vehiclewas a junker. The paperwork process was bizarre. The pickup and drop off at some parking lot was 3rd world. It wasn't worth the $10 that I saved compared to other companies.

I personally had a bad experience, but the contact in customer service( same number on reservation , I forgot his name) was excellent . He agreed to reimburse me on rental. The car was a 2008 Hyundai ( which I have no problem with). It took about 45 minutes for ABC parking people to get thecar for me. They told me it was covered in snow but I believe the real reason is they had a jumpstart it. Ever since I took it and drove it to orange county New York every single time I turned it off I had to jumpstart it to get it going. I called the next day and they said they had no cars available and the only time to get a car would be on Saturday, and I was leaving Sunday so I just end up parking the car and not using it . The car had 202,000 miles and the left front hub or breaks were making noise as I drove it. I don't feel this vehicle in particular should've been on the road at this condition. But like I said the man I spoke to was very courteous and understood my situation

The customer service was excellent. I was a little disappointed in the vehicle. It stunk like cigarette smoke and it shook very bad whenever you were going faster than about40. I was happy that it did start everytime and the heat worked.

I have rented cars for 35 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. An absolute nightmare. When we arrived there was no notification of my claim number. Could not reach anyone to fix that problem. ABC Parking gave us a car anyway stating that this happens all the time. It is called rent "a wreck" but the car was a disaster. It was a mess with a big stain in front passenger seatthat we tried cleaning with napkins and water - only thing ABC had. My wife had to sit on plastic bag the entire time. There was only an eighth of a tank of gas. We were in Elizabeth, not a nice neighborhood, at 11:30 pm and hadto fill up right away. The car significantly shook when idling. We were not sure we were going to make it to Princeton. On way back check engine light came on. Tired and shaken I filled tank w 16 gallons gas but used only 4. Please credit me for 12 gallons I did not use - $29. e-mail me re or call 8472564833
