  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    Pickup and return is at our rental office at 4519 W. Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27407. We do not offer individual shuttle service or vehicle drop-off/pick-up service.

    This is a city location.

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    Rates are for reservations booked online.  Reservations made less than 48 hours before the day of pick-up are NOT guaranteed. Rates for phone reservations may differ. Rates are for class of vehicle, models may vary. All rates include 100 miles daily.  
    Unlimited mileage available for $20/day additional fee. The rate also assumes that the driver is over 25 years old (with 
    extra charge for 18-25 year olds) with full coverage (liability and collision) insurance (we do offer these coverages for additional fees as long as the driver is over 21 years old.) There will be a higher deposit if using our coverages.  Customer pick-up and return is done free of charge within a limited area during regular business hours.  After hours shuttling available for an addition fee and by appointment.  Qualified cash customers are welcome (WITH CURRENT PROOF OF RESIDENCY, UTILITY BILL OR BANK STATEMENT). We requirea $100 deposit in order to guarantee your online reservation. We will use the credit card or debit card entered into our online reservation form to collect this deposit. We will apply the deposit to your rental unless you cancel with a 48 hour notice.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    Additional driver fee is $5.95 per day excluding spouses.

  • AFTER HOURS RETURN

    Returns after hours will be checked in on the next business day and rental fees charged until that time. Customer is responsible for fuel levels and damage until that time.

  • RENTAL COVERAGES

    Full coverage insurance is required to rent any of our vehicles. Various methods of this include renter's full coverage insurance on their car, our Collision Damage Waiver, or coverages provided by renter's credit card. Daily rental coverage from online providers WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT to rent from us.

  • RENTAL RESTRICTIONS

    Vehicles must stay east of the Mississippi River.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    We accept all major credit cards, bank-issued debit cards, pre-paid debit cards, and cash payments. Deposit is $100.00-$1000.00 depending on residency, age, form of payment and insurance. Cash, credit, and pre-paid debit customers must have a recent re-occurring utility bill, bank statement, or a tax statement no older than 30 days with no past due balances.

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    Renter needs to bring the car back with the same amount of fuel it leaves with. Charge for low fuel is $5/gallon.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    Valid driver's license, proof of liability and collision insurance, and payment required at time of pick up. Minimum age to rent is 18. Renters ages 18-21 must have full coverage insurance, and renters ages 18-25 pay an underage fee of $10.00 per day.

    Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle.
