I was charged $150 lock out fee when I called and was told there would be no fee. I have Geico insurance and I eventold the agent that I could get my insurance to do it free and they assured me it would be free. I have been renting a car for three months I think now. I have been a great customer through various things that have made me do things to service two cars on my time and I’m upset that a courtesy was not extended for this. The first car I had neededme to come back and get the stickers for title update. Then it needed an oil change. The second car I needed to getan oil change as well. Yes the company paid for it but I had to go 45 minutes out of my way and wait two hours because the shop was not ready at my appointment time. These were things I did that I should not have had to do. The first car was also sent to auction when I had it so I had to rearrange to bring it back with only a few hours notice. All of these things and a $150 fee could not be waived when

Most of the staff has good customer service, one in particular does not. Very rude and disrespectful. Same day I rewrote my contract for my vehicle she was being rude to another customer. I didnt let her wait on me. Cause I would gave cussed her out. As a employee there is some things you don't say to a customer.

The salesperson was very inexperienced she had to call the manager for information. She had me waiting in the store for a very long time. I brought the truck back with extra gas I was not reimbursed for my gas. I will never use this company again .

When I first walked in no one greeted me, the young lady was on the phone for like 20 minutes. The car I requested wasn't even ready and I had to choose a smaller model which was very inconvenient. the process for the insurance is odd and very much a hassle. Very inconvenient that they don't have adrop box and the hours to return the vehicle is absurd. Although the price was reasonable I will not be returning to this rental car place ever again. And then when I finally did return the vehicle the gas was off by a hair(and I mean a hair off) and she made me go fill it up which irritated me more.

My only concern would be that the pictures get changed online to match what cars they really carry on site. The carI chose online was not available. Not because someone else had already rented, but simply because they don’t carry that particular car.

Great service and I love the staff however the cost has gone up compared to other rental car places in the area. I will now have to shop around where as Rent A Wreck was my one and only place to go. I have found several others in the area with cheaper rates. Being a regular customer this is disheartening.
