everything about the experience was totally wrong and I dont plan to use rentawreck for anything in the future and i will tell friends about my experience so it will not happen tothem. My car was smoky, smelled pretty bad and in top of that the agent charged me 75.00 dollars and plus for cancellation even though the advertisement said cancellation was free. Poor costumer service quality in the store. Nothing to be proud about. Big wigs need to come and check the store to see what I am talking aboutl

I dont understand the costs of car rental, I thought I would pay 360 and ended up paying 650 I felt cheated, it was not what I expected, it was really expensive, the guy I gave him the car was impolite, he did not even answer my greeting. with arrogance! I will not rent with you again!

I was horrified at first. But over time Kyle and Sochi were wonderful. They tried to accommodate as best they couldgiven the circumstances. Although I wouldn't rent from here, they made this horrible experience doable. They work with their customers, they really keep it real, and even with a smile. Thank you for everything. If it wasn't for u.....EVERGREEN KIA WOULD HAVE CARED LESS......THANK U FOR EVERYTHING. BLESSINGS TO YOU.

They double-charged me on my run to and try to make me wait 3 hours into my reservation was ready to get a cheaper price which they should have honor upon bringing the vehicle back I had to wait 25 minutes outside for the gentlemanto come back and then I get home and I have a $270 chargeon my credit card and I don't know why bad business will never rent again ! ! ! !

The car was great, the service was great, The car was fairly clean, but stunk like and ashtray, I had to drive everywhere with the windows down to dissipate the smell. When reserving the car, I gave my return time of 6am as I had an early flight, I was informed after I picked up the car that the rental place didn't open until 8am. Fortunately, someone showed up 1/2 hour early and was able to take me to the airport. This should have been made know at the time of reservation.

THE LADY THAT CHECKED ME IN FOR THE RENTAL KEPT MY LICENSE AND DIDN'T RETURN IT. i BROUGHT THE CAFR BACK AND NO ONEMENTIONED THAT MY LICENSE WAS IN THE OFFICE. I COULDN'T GET THRU TSA AT THE AIRPORT. I CALLED TO ASK IF THEY HAD IT AND THERE WAS NO EFFORT ON ANYONE PART TO RETURN MY LICENSE. I RENTED ON FEB 27, AND I RECEIVED THE LICENSE BACKON MARCH 9, 2019. THEY DIDN'T CARE TO SEND IT EXPRESS TO ME, AND I HAD TO TRAVEL AGAIN ON MARCH 8. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND I ASKED THE OWNER TO CALL ME AND HE NEVER DIDTO THIS DAY.
