My car was not modern at all I believe if you prepay for a vehicle it should be updated a 2015 shouldn’t be an option for that price.

There was no windshield wiper fluid and I had to drive through a snow storm! The service engine light was on the entire time. The battery was low on the key Flob, Which was clearly indicated on the dash of the car. When I told him about the wiper fluid on the return, I received no commentin any way, not even I’m sorry for the feeling of not beinth the inconvenience of being so far away from the airport. You would definitely have to do better on prices for meto go through that again.

The car smelled like urine and vomit. The employees that rented us the vehicle knew about it. They said they had tried to clean it previously, but the smell came back. The smell literally made us sick to our stomachs. This car should not be given to a customer until this is resolved. We should not have had to pay for this miserable experience.

The first person I worked with was NOT a good representative for your company. She gave me a nasty, dirty car and her attitude was not good at all. The second lady that helped me gave me a much better clean car and o appreciated her help. I wish I could remember the first girl's name. She was horrible!!! I signed 2 contacts so if you look at theou all have that is not treating customers right!
