My rental had only 1/4 tank of gas, while the paperwork stated 3/4 full. I called to clarify and was told to return the car with the higher amount to avoid extra gas charges. When I returned it, I was told that that 1/4 tank was correct and added gas unnecessarily. Is there a means to recover this expense now?

The car smelled horribly of smoke. The guy at the counter didn’t seem to be happy to be there. He wasn’t rude, but he definitely was not friendly. Check out was extremelyslow. It was an hour from the time we called for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport until we actually drove off the lot.

Driver side window wasn’t aligned and was very noisy , literally gave me a headache driving, sounded like it was t shut all the way even though it was.

Shuttle driver was not very friendly (either way) and almost didn't say a word. Counter person was about the same, and acted like serving us was an inconvenience.

Pick up location is very confusing from car rental area of airport. Just have customers wait at the gate and have shuttle park and stop at the gate....simple. Car a/c was going in and out, door was misaglined Would not grant a sinple courtesy extension by 1 or 2 hours. Sais only optionwas to charge an extra day. Not good service at all for a

Car windows were covered with smoke film. Hard to see through when facing the sun. Car also smelled of pot and cigarettes. Car ran well and worked very well otherwise.

The car I rented (Nissan Altima) was very old. It doesn’t even have a YSB to charge my phone. There is no phone holder or a screen for navigation posing a danger while driving in a new city.
