The car was junk. It died on me on 3 separate occasions. The radio didn’t work, nor did the air flow. It was all ornothing for the heat to work. The passenger side seatbeltwas constantly getting stuck. The front end was very wobbly. I am very wary of renting from here again, based upon the vehicle I rented.

Service was excellent. The car condition was very poor. Windshield was cracked across whole windshield. I had toput air in both rear tires each morning before I drove it for the day. I smelled moldy maybecfrom water leaking into car over time. Thank Jim

First vehicle I attempted to rent, clearly not road safe. The second one was only mildly better condition. Extremely disappointed

The first vehicle I was rented reeked of cogarette smoke and I could not accept it. The alternative vehicle I was rented was truly a wreck—the steering wheel crumbled undermy hands, the vehicle shook when I braked at highway speeds, and there was no aux input, so I had to keep my phone on my lap for directions. The gentlemen working were helpful, but constantly interrupted and thus very slow. As inexpensive as the rental was, the car’s condition will haveme considering other rental options first when I am back in the area.

Vehicle was what was expected and worked for the intended purpose...to get me from point A to point B. Customer service was friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend

Customer Service was not friendly. I had a lengthy wait to get my car. The car wasn't clean.. Dirty would be how I would discribe it. And mechanically it lived up to your corporate name. No A/C and the ignition key wouldn't come outof the ignition... I asked for a refund upon my return and was denied.. I followed up with several calls to the owner. Wouldn't take my calls..

Lee at the Canton office is a first rate gentleman, knowledgeable and helpful in the rental process. That said, the office did not have anything similar to what I'd reserved twofull weeks in advance. I ended up with a dirty, beaten, high mileage compact that buzzed and rattled everywhere. I'll probably not use RAW in the future. I'd rather pay more and get a decent car.

After entering the building and walking up to the corner there was nobody there to greet me. After saying excuse me a couple times and walking around i man finally got up from a chair and asked what i needed. His appearance was bad and he gave terrible customer service. Once i received my car keys i walked out to find the car on my own by pressing the lock button because there was no number and anything to help you find your car. Once in the car the seats where dirty, wholesin the cloth and stickers on the back window. After pullingoff the lot and driving away i noticed the check oil light was on. For a rental car a lot of times i did not feel safe driving it. The car itself made a lot of noise and i didn't feel safe driving it on the freeway, i really felt like it would break down at any moment

The car I rented was supposed to be the best they had andthe back seat was not attached (broken). I couldn't tell how much gas was in the car because the Gage was broken

I've used u guys since I moved to tx, and I will every ti me I come home for holidays or to visit, Tina and the old dude, (sry cant remember name, lol) are good people, and always keep their reservation for me..

It would have been nice to know there was no radio, no CD player, no port for charging a phone. The windshield wipers were useless and the driver's side break light was out. I suppose borrowing a beater, you get what you pay for but this was unacceptable.

You show Canton as having a shuttle from the airport and they don't. This meant I had an additional $80 to pay to use the car I reserved. This is not OK, and borders on fraudulent advertising.

I will be renting from Rent a Wreck again. Great Customer Service. I was a little disappointed with the car being dirtyand there was some fast food bags in the trunk that I had to throw away.
