Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

The additional Driver Fee is €5.00 per day.

After Hours Returns are not allowed. Vehicles must be returned during hours of operation. Please view office hours for details.

Full Coverage Insurance is €12 / Day If the renter opts for full coverage insurance, the security deposit is reduced from €1,100 to €600. This deposit covers potential charges for issues such as an empty fuel tank, an unclean vehicle, or parking tickets.

Vehicles must remain within the country of France. Cross-border rentals require previous authorization and will accrue a fee of €150.00. - For details, please inquire at the rental counter.
Rental includes 200 free miles per day. Extra mileage will be charged at a rate of 0.42 cents per Km.


Financial Policy
A refundable security deposit of €1,100.00 will be held on your card at the time of pick-up. This is not included in the total price shown for the car hire. This amount is refundable and will be automatically released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Fines will be withdrawn from the security deposit.

Your payment card must be valid for at least 1 month after the end of your rental period. Cash is NOT accepted.

Major credit cards are accepted. A physical credit card must be presented at the time of rental (virtual cards or credit card numbers will not be accepted)

The renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had at the time of rental. The Refueling Fee is €30.00, plus the cost of fuel.

When the renter presents to pick up their vehicle, they must have a Passport or Driver's license and a credit card.
The renter must hold a valid driver's license with at least 1 year of issuance.
Minimum Rental Age is 25, Maximum Rental Age is 70. Renters between the ages of 21-24 and those over 70 years of age are subject to a fee of €12.00/day.
