Office looks run down. Employees very amateurish. Checkin location and process very inconvenient. I decided not torent with you and left. No other company needs a letter from insurance company. I had my insurance card but that wasn’t good enough.

I never rented the car because there were extra fees we were not made aware of. i rented the vehicle August 19-22 and as of today, October 30th, i have yet to be reimbursed for the credit card holdof $350.00. I have to send an email to inquire about this which is poor customer service as I don't have the time to follow up. Customer service was TERRIBLE, rude, disrespectful and dishonest. I never received replies to emails i sent in emergency scenario. Dirty car was given to me with a flat tirethat i had to fix myself and wasn’t reimbursed for. I wascharged for “scratches” that were already present when I received the car. Overall worst car rental experience I’veend.

I have yet to receive my security deposit back and it has been a week. Upon returning the car following after hoursprocedure I received an email noting there were three pings on the windshield at different locations. I did not seeanything on the windshield and have photos to show there was nothing wrong with the windshield. I called spoke to areport. I wanted photo sent to me. I was told someone would call me within 24 hours I have not been contacted, I feel like I am trying to be scammed. I also feel it is ridiculous That you charge a fee for returning the car on nonworking hours. Since your hours are basically business hourswhat do you expect from customers

The people you had working did their job very well however they didn’t have enough support as they had to do many different jobs at the same time including washing the cars,checking people in, and being a shuttle from the car rental facility. This led to massive delays and frustrated customers (not the employees faults). Your business model also feel pressured and creates conflict when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. I would rather pay a few dollars more and not have to experience these sorts of things. Thank you for hearing my feedback.
