Didn’t have the vehicle I reserved. Got a smaller one but no reduction in rate. It was filthy inside and outside. The customer service man was friendly.

Directions from the airport to your storefront were a little hazy. Perhaps it would be helpful to have walking directions on the confirmation email.

I called the day prior to my trip to confirm. I was told totake a shuttle to the car rental hub and call. I would bepicked up within 5 minutes. I did. I was told I had to wait 45 minutes before pick up. I had an appointment and didn't plan on this delay, when I told the representative this he said that I "wasn't a legitimate customer." I asked hiard online I was illegitimate. I told him I didn't seem to be illegitimate with all of the text messages the company sent me. I waited for 50 minutes before being picked up and then when I got to the counter I had to contact my insurance company, apparently my card wasn't enough. I waited for another 30 minutes to get the information necessary forrental. I missed my appointment that I flew into town for. The cs rep was rude enough that I called the company to complain. There was no resolution, just an email that stated I'd already rented and returned car and that this store wa

This was a customer service nightmare. I wouldnt rent from here again. I didnt arrive in Seattle until one day late. I was informed if I arrived after 6pm it would be an additional fee to rent the car. If I arrived after 9pm there would be a higher fee. If I didnt arrive until the next day I would have to pay for the unused day since I prepaid. I darriving later in the day. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the employee arrived about 5 minutes before theyopen up. He unlocked building and made us wait in rain for ten minutes. Employee wouldnt give advice about addinga toll fee option to my rental. My rental when bookedonline was for 1,200 miles. The agreement they gave me was for 850 miles. They wouldnt change the agreement. Excusewas manager isnt there to do so I should email them. Never received email response. When I returned car during business hours no employees were on site. A little non-traditional (in that it is off-site from the airport), but always the best deals. Every time I go to Seattle I rent from RAW... they are easily accessed by *walking* to where you catch the Light Link Rail, then take thestairs/elevator to the street, then they are a short 75-80 meter walk up the street. Easy peasy!

The rental facility was rather chaotic. Piles of filing papers were stacked on the floor and labeled with pieces ofduct tape affixed to the molding. I grew up in WashingtonState and understand a certain level of rough and tumble combined with necessity, but the Sea- Tac location was rough. Everyone was friendly and efficient as they could be, given it was Thanksgiving.
