The car was brand new and the warm and welcoming service received at the Seattle Rent-A-Wreck was phenomenal from start to finish. There was a slight hiccup with payment, but a resolution was found and completed within a matter of minutes. Thank you very much! I am over the moon with how cheap and easy this car rental experience was and I am absolutely going to continue to talk highly about this company, and specifically this branch!

I had to call 911 and get the police to handle your employee at rent a wreck. He did not honor the items in our reservation(unlimited mileage, road side assistance), he constantly used the F- word with us, He was violent, he said we need to get off his property and does want to rent the car to us, despite swiping our credit card. I am not surewhy you are in business if this is the way you treat yourcustomers. Please check with the police on the transcript of the 911 call.

Within walking distance of Seatac airport. Car was clean and problem free. My only negative comment is my $200 deposit is still not credited to my account after 8 days. Otherwise everything else was satisfactory !

The company does not provide shuttle service to pick up from airport. I was told if I take a shuttle to the main rental car facility, I would have to wait another 20 minutes before someone comes to pick us up. The instruction for walking to its facility was very confusing. It took us about 50 minutes to finally get there with my friend not able towalk more than 10 minutes due to a back injury. They also charge additional fees to go to Canada ($50). There is amileage limit of one thousand miles for 8 days. And they charged a $45 fee immediately after I booked on line so that you would mostly likely go with them. The gas tank was filled up to 1/8 of a tank as opposed to all other rental car company's full tank so that the company has a higherprobability of either charging customers high price for not returning with enough gas or leaving them more than 1/8 of a tank, which was what happened to me. I probably have left an extra 2 to 3gallons, about $10 worth of gas. They
