I call to extend for a day. The manager put me on hold and never replied. Also the car has has broken glass and has no registration papers to show, Very bad franchise location

We were charged a $150 excessive cleaning fee. Car was filthy when we picked it up. The staff was very nice and thePrius is a wonderful car with gas mileage a plus.

Car tires low upon delivery, was not happy with a charge if returning car outside of business hours, car filthy from bugs, had to go to a car wash to get windshield and vehicle clean. Overall very disappointed.

This vehicle was unsafe, 3 huge chops in the windshield.The front window was so dirty it was hard to see thur. Fron brakes are bad. Wiper blade on drivers side was half gone.

I rented a vehicle from rent-A-Wreck from cheap tickets. The price I receive from cheap tickets was NOT honored by rent - A - wreck. I feel that was wrong and the reasoning of the taxes 'changing' was not adequate or acceptable. A deal is a deal as to what will be paid.

It took 20 minutes for the agent to rent the car to me. Much of that time was her messing with the emailed copy of my insurance. The clock was ticking at 4:30 she said, even though I didn't get the keys until 4:50. I returned the car at 4:35 the next day. She said that I would be charged an additional 24 hours rental. She was on the phone with busy when I returned the car. Then she said her records indicated that I drove over 5000 miles in less than 24 hours!!! Is that even possible?!!! Somebody there really messed up! She compromised by charging me an extra $53.52 for being 5 minutes late on returning the car. Although she kept me waiting both when I checked the car out and when I returned it. She had me wait a total of 35 minutes to rent/return but she wants to say I was the one who was late 5minutes so charge me extra!!!? Not good - office wasn’t convenient with it being away from airport and not providing a shuttle back to the airportso ii had additional costs in renting an URBER. Understaffed resulting in sitting around an additional hour making me late for a dinner w relatives.

We were expecting transportation from the airport to the car pick up, but there was none and we had to walk with all of our luggage. It was awful. Including a little uphill, walking to the site. The same happened as we return the vehicle and we were told that it would be quicker and easier for us to just walk. But I am 73 years old. And my friendation again. the staff were very nice people, I think ifthe situation was what it is. It was not the best experience for me. The car ran well, which was a Plus. However, when we pick the vehicle up, it only had one quarter tank of gas. Which was another situation of having to get gas almost immediately to make sure we had enough. So. Although it wasn’t horrendous and I would say they were negligent in anyway. It just did not fit my expectation. Thank you.

Alex, the manager was extremely professional and helpful inmy travel plans. He picked me up at an off site location since I was not familiar with the location. His understanding of my travel frustrations made the rental experience pleasurable.

It took me a long while to get the rental car because I hadto call my auto insurance company to obtain a copy of my existing insurance policy before I was able to rent a car. This was very frustrating because I did not know I needed that information when I signed up in advance for a rental car.

The office is hard to located and disgusting. The people were rude. The hidden costs made us feel like we were dealing with a shady company. We will never rent from that company or recommend. We have seen your responses to the same type of complaint. You stated changes and yet you continue a terrible business. Shame on you

Great deal, the car was clean and new and the couple running the office were kind and knowledgeable. I liked the mom and pop feel as opposed to the corporate chaos of the larger companies.
