Wow, this was literally the worst rental car experience I have ever had. Start with the fact that prior to arrival, thelocation does not let you know that they are not located where all of the other rental car agencies are located. This would be so easy to add into the email that they send to confirm your rental, but for some reason they just haven't bothered to let their customers know this. So, myself and literally everyone who goes there is confused and has to call the location to find out where they are located. I had to wait a moderate amount of time at the location, about average compared to other rental experiences. The staff did not inspire any confidence during the rental process The rental car itself smelled of smoke on the interior and was dirty onthe exterior. It was a manual which I was not told I would receive during the reservation process. When I asked for a different car that did not smell like smoke I was told there were no other options. Damage deposit refunded late. Etc...

I really enjoyed the car but your customer service was too bad. The person who was at the reception was not polite. Another thing, they charged me $200 as deposit, and after amonth, I have not received my deposit back. I have calledthem a few time and every time they ask for my phone number and said someone will contact me, but I have not received any call back yet. I want to know how I can refund my deposit back. Please let me know how I can get my money back. I will call them again and again.

don't advertise you're an airport car rental when you can'teven offer courtesy dropoff/pickup at the terminal. that is simply ridiculous.

Car has a lot of miles (over 100K) and very beat up, clean but not well maintained. While driving, there was several warning lights on : low tire pressure, oil change etc . When we returned the vehicle, the clerk tried to nail us on achip on the windshield but when asked, could not point the location of the chip (he lied). We took picture of the perfect windshield with no chips or cracked in case they deduct the chip repair from our deposit. Very dishonest !

It took a long time to get my deposit back. I also didnt realize it was off site from the airport. I am so expectedunlimited mileage. The staff was friendly.

You only stay open till 6pm, so I paid the $45 for you to stay open late. I walked all the way from the airport to your facility and you were closed. It took me several phone calls to reach anybody at your facility when I did I was told by one of your representatives

I am extremely pleased with Rent-a-wreck of Seattle. They did all they said they would, without the slightest hint of "hidden charges" or extra fees that weren't visible. I havetalked to at least 20 people who are interested in Rent-a-Wreck, based on my satisfactory experience. I will definitely talk your company up. They all thought the vehicle was adorable and new. It was new--5000 miles or so. Congratulations on picking up a new satisfied customer--me!

Getting from airport to the rental location is confusing. You should email a simple map and tell customers to stay onlower floor and walk to the highway overpass to the lightrailroad station. Then go up to the floor with the overpass. It is also good to show in map which direction to goonce on the other side. By the way, the Clarion was nice enough to let me take their shuttle back to the airport. Themost important things were the vehicle was reliable, the service friendly and the price was very reasonable. Thank you.

Not going to lie. The name was a bit off for me, but RentAwreck had the best prices. The staff was very pleasant and professional to deal with. I would definitely rent here again.

your staff hung up on me several times and wouldn't help me. the car smelled of smoke and i had to pay $20 for odoreliminators and you wouldn't reimburse me. i still haven't received my deposit back. i will never use you again and i'm telling all of my friends not to use you.

The service was very good. The people were nice, helpful and professional. It was raining, so they didn't clean the car, but it was mostly clean and not a problem.

The representative we worked with when picking up the vehicle was visibly distracted and rushed the process, even though we were the only customers at the time. I was uncomfortable with agreeing to terms without being provided adequate time to look over the vehicle for previous damage. Additionally, we paid for an Intermediate class vehicle and were provided a compact with no reimbursement or explanation. I would not recommend this business or facility as a result. The entire experience felt sketchy at best.

I was charged a $200 deposit. That was not to be charged tomy account. The $200 charge is still on my credit card. Please refund it immediately.

The actual car was great and the person we worked with was as well. The but entire experience left us feeling like we were in for trouble. We have rented cars multiple times in multiple states and never have left feeling like we did leaving here. We’ve never had to video and take pics ofthe car prior to leaving, the process left us unsettled and somewhat like we were being set up. Also, never have been limited on miles either. Won’t rent from here again.

Had a pleasant smooth experience with the manager at Rent-A-Wreck, and the car worked perfect for our three-day road trip through Washington.. I'm curious why the company is called Rent-A-Wreck.. Might turn some renters away.
