The staff was very helpful in renting me an alternate vehicle when the model I reserved was not available. Danny worked with me to make sure my needs were met. However, a discrepancy exists between written refund policy for prepaid vehicles that are returned early and in the onsite softwarecapability, which tied Danny's hands to be most helpful. Culd allow Danny's service to be rated solely on the customer's experience and not on larger corporate technical difficulties that he has no control over.

I was told the day before I was supposed to pick up my rental minivan that it would not be available. I booked this vehicle 5 months in advance so I still am shocked even after our destroyed vacation that the vehicle was not available. I was never given any apology or honest explanationas to how this happened. I was left scrambling and had toin a very short period of time because rent a wreck screwed up and had no vehicle for me and my family. I spent 2 years planning this vacation and it was destroyed the day Iwas starting vacation because of rent a wreck. Thanks for a nightmare family vacation and a loss of $2,200 for theshort time frame vehicle i had to rent the day of my vacation.

Several attempts (4) to reach someone to discuss my rental because my airline (Delta) rearranged my flights from Phil to Billings which would result in my landing after hours and I needed a vehicle for that evening. My last call on the daywas never returned. I was forced to obtain a vehicle from another agency at the airport. I had made my Rent-A-Wreck rentvided/.

We had several issues with our rental, but I will say that Dan was more than helpful with his assistance. We ended upwith a 2013 Hundai, after originally being picked up in a12 passenger van which my 87 yr. old sister could not getinto. I called several days before to conf and could never be told what kind of vehicle we would get. Lots of stressrked for us. This may be a great way for young people to get a bargain on a rental but for us older people I think we should stick to the larger companies. One more thing. rental was made through Exepedia-I was very surprised conf. came from Rent a Wreck-just the name sounds bad. I checked them out with the chamber of comm and they said no problems. Again I think this type of rental is for people that fly by the seat of thier pants!

Vehicle didn’t fit me well, I’m short couldn’t see well out of vehicle. Also no snow scraper in car. Different instructions as to rent contract, where to pick up an drop off car. Didn’t help that I got in late at airport. Also didn’t like that I couldn’t cancel reservation. All in all it wasn’t that great of experience.

Rental was related to impending death of my uncle - whopassed away before I picked up my car. Cancelled the rental, but mgmt would NOT re-imburse me. So I got ZERO for myprepaid rental fee. Not happy.

They never said I had to return it to the same location I picked it up. Then refused to authorize a refund with Expedia. The lady was rude and nasty. I wouldn't rent from them ever again

It was very hard to process the order for the rental. I was travelling there when I was called and they needed other info. This should have been taken care of way before the day of pickup?

Waited for an hour to be picked up from the airport. Vehicle wasn't clean. Several businesses are operated from thesame place and everyone seemed rushed. Staff was friendly, but the process was very unprofessional compared to other car rental companies.
